Pathway to Personalized Professional Development

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

For professional learning to make an impact it must be relevant, purposeful, and personalized for the adult learner. In this session, you’ll learn why personalizing learning is essential for today’s educator, what it means to personalize professional development, and which design elements are guaranteed to make an impact and move your staff closer to their learning goals. In this collaborative session, you will learn from your fellow participants as you create personalized pathways for professional development. You’ll leave with an action plan for bringing personalized learning to your district’s next professional development event.
