TIES 2015

Technology integration coaches are not a new idea but they are new to Austin Public Schools. In the 2014-2015 school year, Austin transitioned seven teachers to technology integration positions across the district. These positions intentionally did not have job descriptions, were all new to their role, and each served in a different tech-infused environment around the district. These coaches want to share their reflections from their first year, their lessons learned together as well as individually, and their intentions for future practice.
