Learn how our 7th grade students created multimedia ad campaigns in the Media Center for their language arts STEM capstone project. Teams of students create ad campaigns for a physical car they craft in their industrial technology class. Their web-based ad campaign for this car uses Google Sites, GIMP to create web banners, Audacity to create audio ads, and Adobe Premiere Pro to create green-screened video ads. Learn about the logistical technology challenges of this project, the challenges of effective teacher/media specialist collaboration, and how the results are well worth the efforts.
