With the increased use of mobile devices we are now able to do many wonderful things. Many schools are now implementing them both in the classrooms and at home. We have seen how people hold their head down when using these devices. This downward position can cause long-term health issues including headaches, neck, upper back tension, and more. This session focuses on the proper use of these devices. Proper ergonomics can pay HUGE dividends to your health as well as the health and well-being of our children.
