Strategies, Tools, and Examples to Make Learning Personal

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Our driving mission is to create personal learning experiences for students with the help of some powerful digital technologies. We are doing so within a public, traditional schedule secondary building using iOS and Mac devices; however, many of the technologies and strategies are web-based, many are free, and many can be accessed on multiple platforms. We will highlight some quick wins, initial stumbling blocks, as well as larger-scale changes that may take years to fully realize. Self-pacing, portfolios, creativity (student and teacher), new ideas, learning management, class design and structure, and resources will be highlighted.
