This emotional session has been delivered as a keynote, and focuses on placing the educator in historical context, as well as outlining and diagnosing the challenges of educators in today's world. After exploring the challenges that educators face today we will examine the changing student, and how Millennials and Generation Z are rapidly adapting to the times and thriving. Finally, we will spend the second half of the session exploring real, specific, and meaningful changes that teachers can make in their classrooms today, and incrementally henceforth. Teachers will leave feeling valued and more equipped to re-enter the modern classroom.
