In 1956, Benjamin Bloom developed a set of categories for learning called Bloom’s Taxonomy for Learning. During the 1990s the taxonomy was updated to reflect 21st century skills. Allen Carrington created a Wheel of Pedagogy to guide educators in mobile application integration. This taxonomy provides guidance to educators as to what levels students may be working. These levels can and should be applied to mobile learning. This session will have you making the connection between Bloom’s Taxonomy and SAMR as you explore apps that align with the various taxonomy levels.
