Over the past few years, Farmington High School has taken the initiative to personalize learning. Time has become the variable and learning is the constant. We have shifted from the model where students were expected to learn on demand to one in which teachers teach on demand. Through teachers and administration alike, we have created a culture of independent learning. We will share how to establish a personalized, independent learning culture in a 1:1 school.
