In this hands-on session, I will share the various tools I used to integrate technology into my 5th grade language arts class and give you time to explore how you can incorporate these tools into your own class. You will learn how I used Twitter and Skype to connect students with authors as well as how I used Google Apps and Twisted Wave so my students could plan, write, record, and share their writing projects with their peers. I will share how I incorporated Moodle Forum, Google Forms, and Padlet as online platforms for critical thinking and collaboration.
