Using the iPad as a Window into Student Thinking

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

By designing iPad-based learning activities that encourage student reflection and analysis, teachers not only get a window into student thinking, but also enhance it. iPads open a new world of learning as they allow students to easily and creatively share, explain, and analyze their thinking in rich and varied ways. This not only moves their thinking to higher levels, but also makes it more visible so that teachers to get a unique view into the world of student learning. Emphasis will be placed on how students can easily and creatively show, explain, and analyze their thinking using iPads.
