Support the change process in your school or district by working toward creating and sustaining learning environments that balance integrated technology, rigor, inquiry, and higher level thinking. This session will review why the change process is important, how to recognize and create conditions for change in a school, share relevant ISTE standards for administrators and coaches, discuss how to facilitate and lead change as well as reflection, address trouble shooting when the process seems to stall, and share resources to facilitate dialogue among teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
